LuneaPMS was born from a personal reckoning. Our founder lives with PMDD, PCOS, and hormonal migraines — and, most recently, ADHD, diagnosed after 20 years of being told it was a mood disorder, or anxiety, or both. Instead of accepting that, she did what fifteen years of legal practice had trained her to do: she started reading the evidence, methodically, with the rigour of someone who had run out of patience for vague reassurances.
What emerged wasn't just personal clarity — it was a method: read the evidence, grade it honestly, structure it into something usable. That method became LuneaPMS.
Jasveen Ali brings that same rigour to every product in the collection — methodical, evidence-graded, and uncompromising on quality. Because women who have been dismissed deserve tools that take them seriously.
"Your symptoms are not a character flaw. They are data. And data can be decoded."
PMS, luteal crashes, and hormonal shifts are not failures of character. They are biological signals that deserve to be understood — not suppressed, not apologised for.
When you walk into a GP appointment with 90 days of tracked symptoms, you cannot be waved away. Documentation is advocacy. We build tools that make that documentation effortless.
Some of it — phase-linked shifts in hormones, symptoms, and energy — is well-established. Some of it, like rigid scheduling around your cycle, is still being studied. We tell you which is which, and translate what's solid into practical, daily-use systems.
Premium wellness shouldn't require a premium price tag. Every product in our collection is priced to be within reach — because this information should not be a luxury.
Hormonal health doesn't happen in isolation. We create resources for the people who love and live alongside women — because understanding is a shared responsibility.
A journal you love to open is a journal you'll actually fill in. We invest in design because aesthetics are not vanity — they're the difference between a tool that works and one that collects dust.
